OFT Distance Selling Summary
As an internet business we are governed by the rules put in place by the Office of Fair Trading in their Distance Selling Regulations. (DSR's)
We always strive to give great customer service at all times, customer service is our No1 priority, which is why we have a lot of repeat customers coming back for more!
A summary of the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).......
The distance selling regulations apply to businesses selling without face-to-face contact with the customer and where the consumer has not had the chance to examine the good beforehand.
In order to comply with the DSRs, we endeavour to provide the following pre-contractual information on our website:
- detail for you to be able to identify our company
- description of the main features of the goods we have for sale
- the cost of the goods including all taxes and any other charges
- details of delivery options and the associated costs
- details of how payments can be made on our website
- our full geographic address and contact details
- The delivery details, e.g. dispatch times and expected delivery of your purchase
- information about your rights to cancel an order
how long the price or the offer remains valid for
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Please keep this as proof of purchase.
Our website contains details on our returns and exchanges policy.
Should you wish to make a complaint, our contact details are available on the contact us page
In line with the DSRs, you have 7 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) after you receive the goods from us to cancel your order and return them to us for a full refund or exchange. We will be happy to accept returned items outside of this period (14 days for UK orders to allow for postage times), however this will not constitute a cancellation and we will therefore not be obliged to refund your delivery charge unless we have made a mistake with your order. You should email or write to us with your order number should you wish to cancel.
The DSR also gives us the right to not accept back goods where the customer has not taken “reasonable care” of them – i.e. if they are marked or damaged in anyway– in particular be very careful with fake tan/make up/sweat and deodorant marks or if the manufacturers 'swing tags' or labels have been removed.
